Chelsea assistant boss Gianfranco Zola says that players are behind manager Maurizio Sarri.
Zola was the one who took media duties ahead of the Carabao Cup quarter final against Bournemouth.
And he suggests the players like working with Sarri, because he is an honest and likeable person.
"He likes to chat and have a glass of wine," Zola said of Sarri during the press conference.
"At the same time he wants to be serious on the pitch.
"He has spent 30 years in low leagues to build up and he wants to take the chance and do well.
"The players are not stupid, they understand when someone is honest."
