Chelsea legend Gianfranco Zola has admitted that his former side face a very difficult task of finishing in the top four this season.
Zola is worried that the Blues might not be able to take part in next season's Champions League as their disastrous start to the Premier League campaign currently sees them ten points adrift of fourth place.
"It will be very difficult because there are so many teams in front of them, it is still a possibility," Zola told the Daily Mail.
"It's very painful to watch because you don't want to see a team like Chelsea go through such a difficult time. I feel for the club, the supporters and the manager because it's not nice to see a manager struggle."
