Finnish entrepreneur Thomas Zilliacus says he's serious about buying Inter Milan.
The tech millionaire insists he's only been interested in two clubs - Manchester United and Inter.
He told l'Interista: "No, only for these two: Inter and Manchester United. For me It's very important to find a club with a large, global fan base. I know I can create great profits for clubs by starting with these fans, providing them with the services they want.
"I've been contacted by many clubs, but my response was: 'If you don't have a large, global fan base, I'm not interested in that'.
"First of all, I think that to lead a club you need to understand football. And as I said, I have been a player, coach and owner. I think I know this sport very well, in short. Inter has excellent management, starting with Beppe Marotta, up to the whole team, are good. I think an owner must give support to the management. (Simone) Inzaghi is also very good at his job. Then to build a team you also need something else.
"First of all we need money and as I said, I know how to generate it, I know how to create excellent revenues by providing services to the fans. Together with Sheikh Jassim Al Thani, if we joined forces, I know, and I underline that I don't think so, but I know for sure , we would generate a lot of money. By generating money we would give the club the possibility of buying the best players in the world. I specify that I don't like following the style of, for example, Paris Saint Germain, who I see continually buying the big stars, but without creating a real group."
