Chelsea winger Yuri Zhirkov knows he has a lot to do to win over fans after suffering an injury early in preseason.
The former CSKA Moscow midfielder told the Sunday Times: "Of course it's bad when you arrive in a new team and get an injury and miss training with the other guys.
"It's hard to get over it, but the injury is healed. Everything's fine. I have no pain in my knee, I'm well again and I'm ready to play.
"I'm training with everything I have. I'm fully fit and I want to help the team."
