Zenit St Petersburg are launching a bid for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku. The Daily Express says Zenit are preparing to make a £20million bid for Chelsea's much sought-after Belgian striker.
Former Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas is now in charge at Zenit.
Tottenham are also interested in the centre-forward who scored 16 goals last season on loan at Everton, who would also like to sign him permanently.
