Zamora predicts Europa League success for Fulham

Bobby Zamora is confident that Fulham are capable of finishing the season as Europa League champions. The Cottagers added to an impressive record at home and in Europe with a superb display on Thursday to beat German champions Wolfsburg 2-1.

Should they maintain the advantage in the return fixture on 8th April they will make it through to the semi-final stage where they will meet either Standard Liege or Hamburg.

"How far can we go? Why not all the way?" said Zamora.

"We have some great form here at home and we're not playing too bad away in the competition so why can't we go all the way?"

The former Tottenham striker knows full well the danger Wolfsburg present in the return leg but he feels his side are good enough to go there and get a result.

"It will be a massive game, it is the quarter-final of the Europa League," he said.

"For us it will be one of the biggest games of the season and we will try our best to go there and win.

"They are a hard-working, big, strong and tough side and we know even more about them now.

"It won't be easy but we have showed that we can score goals if we create those chances so we have to go there and think we can win."
