Amr Zaki is desperate to clinch his move to Wigan Athletic.

The Sun says Zaki is trying to force his way out of Egyptian club El Zamalek and seal a move to the JJB Stadium.

The 25-year-old striker wants his contract cancelled, claiming Zamalek have not paid him since November 2007.

He would sign for the Latics on a one-year deal.
