Manchester City right-back Pablo Zabaleta thinks that City will have a lot more than Cristiano Ronaldo to worry about when they face Real Madrid in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final.

The Premier League club face the Spanish giants in the initial tie at Etihad Stadium on Tuesday night and there will be plenty of quality players to be concerned about according to Zabaleta.

The Argentine defender said: "Defensively we'll need to be very solid.

"It's not just about Cristiano, they also have a lot of other wonderful players. They have one of the greatest squads in Spain and sometimes in those moments, the big players can make the difference.

"But in a semi-final anything can happen. What this team has at the moment is the belief and confidence that it's the first time we are in the semi-final. Everyone is so excited about that.

"It's one of the biggest nights for this club in the history of Manchester City."
