Dwight Yorke insists Sunderland's squad is good enough to stay up.

Former Manchester United teammate Gary Neville branded Sunderland's players "a shower" this week.

But Yorke told talkSPORT: "There is enough good players in the dressing room to get them out of that situation. It is a relatively early stage of the season and things can turn around very quickly.

"There is a decent squad there and I am just amazed people don't want the job."
