AC Milan midfielder Yacine Adli admits his father is a Rossonero fan.
Adli says he's learned to cut out feedback, both positive and negative.
"For better or for worse I relativize (textually) a lot: if someone calls me Mozart or Il Pittore, I make them understand that I am Yacine and that's it," he told Sportweek.
"And I'm fine with that. In the same way, if someone tells me: you're poor, you don't know how to play, I don't listen. I repeat, for better or for worse I try to stay in the middle, without ever feeling too happy for a compliment or too disappointed by a criticism."
Adli then revealed: "Did I follow Milan as a boy? No, because in my country we don't see Serie A much. It was my father, who watched Milan. His idol was (Marco) Van Basten."
