Wolves have jumped into the battle for Barcelona defender Jean-Clair Todibo.

Currently on-loan with Schalke, the young Frenchman has seen the Bundesliga outfit choose to pass on his €25m permanent option.

Instead, Everton have come forward with an offer of €22m plus €3m in bonuses.

However, Mundo Deportivo says Wolves are also keen and have made an approach to Barca to open negotiations for Todibo.

Barca are eager to sell, as they seek to raise funds for their summer market plans.
