Wolves star Matheus Cunha stated that he was delighted at scoring a hat trick against Chelsea in the Premier League.

The attacker stole the show for the away side in a 4-2 success at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

Cunha admitted that it will go down as one of the best days of his life, given the occasion and his display.

He stated post-game: “It was an incredible day for me, for my team mates.

“After you lose to Manchester United, it's another big game against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. I couldn't imagine it, three goals and win, everyone's very happy.

“It's a dream to come to Stamford Bridge, a place I've watched with my family in Brazil, and score three on my first time here makes it one of the best days of my life, 100 per cent.

“Last season was not the best for me, so I want to be with the people who supported me. In the happy days it's easy to find someone, but the hard days it is hard. I want to say thank you to everyone who supported me a lot and the three goals are for them, 100 per cent."
