Wolves are refusing to sell midfielder Ruben Neves on the cheap.
The Premier League club are short on funds, and may have to sell first team players to finance a rebuild as they look to appoint a new manager.
Nuno Espirito Santo departed at the end of the season, and players with a high value may go out the door to help refresh the squad.
But according to local Midlands outlet, the Express & Star, Wolves will not sell on the cheap either.
Neves has been linked to the likes of Manchester United and Liverpool in the English media in recent months.
The source claims only an offer of around £45 million would tempt Wolves.
