Wolves midfielder Ruben Neves delighted with Euro wonder goal

Wolves midfielder Ruben Neves was left delighted with his wonder goal in their Europa League victory over Espanyol.

Neves added to his outstanding collection of wonder goals by smashing the ball into the net from 25-yards to help Wolves to a 4-0 Europa League win against RCD Espanyol.

He said, "Well, a goal is a goal. It's different games, a different goal as well, today was a little bit closer to the goal, but I'm really happy. I'm really happy for the team.

"My first touch with my chest was perfect, so after I did that I just thought about shooting. It's always good to score and I enjoy every goal, but mainly I'm really happy for the team because we did a good job.

“As you saw in the first-half, we were a little bit struggling because they play really well. We adjust something at half-time and we did a very good second-half with three goals, so we're proud of our game, and now we're just taking it game by game."
