Wolves have made a surprise move for Galatasaray midfielder Lorik Cana.
The Albania captain only moved to the Turkish giants in August from Sunderland.
The Express & Star says Wolves tried to bring in Galatasaray's £5m former Sunderland captain Cana, who played with Ronald Zubar for three years at Marseille.
Wolves boss Mick McCarthy is in the market for a ball-winning midfielder this month.
