Wolves defender Ryan Bennett has urged calm after Sunday's defeat to Everton.

The loss was their first in 10 2019/20 matches in all competitions.

Bennett said, “It was a difficult one. I don't think we played particularly well. It's caught up with us a little bit, it was 2-1 in 13 minutes which is never ideal in a game we know is going to be difficult. We got it back to 2-2 and unfortunately for us let it slip, it's a tough one to take and we know what we need to work on to go again.

“Little bits here and there could have been different, but unfortunately again for us, it hasn't gone the way we wanted it to. There were a couple of mistakes in there as well that led to the goals.

“That's going to happen, we've had chances, they've made some good saves and made some good blocks, but on a whole, it wasn't our best day today and we know that, we'll be working hard to put it right."
