QPR have signed defender Matt Hill on loan from Wolves until the end of the season. "Every footballer wants to be playing games and unfortunately I wasn't getting that at Wolves," the 28 year old said.

"QPR have given me the opportunity to do that so I am delighted to join."

Hill becomes current boss Mick Harford's second signing after Nigel Quashie rejoined Rangers last week.

"I just felt we needed to strengthen our back four and this is a quality signing," said Harford.
