Wolves defender Craig Dawson admits they had to win ugly against Sheffield United on Sunday.

Wolves won 1-0 thanks to Pablo Sarabia's first-half goal.

Dawson told the club's website: “I'm very happy to be honest. A clean sheet at home in the Premier League is always good, but it was a tough game, a difficult game.

“It was frustrating at times but to come away with the three points is the most important thing.

“You know they're going to come here and frustrate you and they're very good at that, defending deep.

“We just had to stay patient. It was a great goal from Pablo, a great header which is surprising for us all to see. He's in great form at the minute."
