Wolves captain Ruben Neves is being offered to Arsenal and Newcastle United.

The midfielder's agent Jorge Mendes touched down in Barcelona yesterday for talks about a move to the LaLiga champions.

But the prospect has gone cold with Barca winger Ansu Fati reluctant to be part of a swap deal.

The Sun says Neves remains eager to leave Molineux and Mendes has now offered him to Arsenal and Newcastle.

Neves is open to both options as he is eager for Champions League football.
