Wolves boss Terry Connor says Sir Alex Ferguson gave him some advice after Manchester United's victory last week.
Connor admitted grand master Fergie shared some welcome words of encouragement after last Sunday's 5-0 defeat by Manchester United.
Connor, whose men entertain Norwich today, said: "I caught a quick word with Sir Alex and he said I just have to keep going. He told me, 'It's tough, TC' - but that I must stay strong.
"But his assessment was that our game was even until we had Ronald Zubar sent off."
Yet Connor, 49, missed out on a glass of wine with the United boss. He added: "I didn't get that much time to talk to Sir Alex. He turned up for a glass of wine later - but I missed him!
"I was talking to the Press and, when I came back down, they'd got on the team bus.""He knows what our team is about and said we must keep believing and keep doing it.
