Wolves boss Terry Connor has told club chiefs he doesn't need an extra coach.

The Daily Mail says Connor has refused the offer of assistance with first-team coach Steve Weaver taking up the slack since Mick McCarthy's exit.

But although Sunday's 5-0 home defeat against Manchester United means Wolves have conceded 14 goals while earning only one point from four matches, Connor has rejected the idea of bringing in more experienced help.
