Wolves have welcomed news that striker Kevin Doyle has been cleared to figure in their final two fixtures. Wolves are just one point above the drop zone after a 3-1 win over West Bromwich Albion at the weekend but boss Mick McCarthy will welcome the return of their attacking talisman.
It appeared at one stage as though his season could be over with a knee injury sustained playing international football, but he has battled back to put himself in contention for a thrilling climax to the campaign.
McCarthy will now be able to call on the 27-year-old's services for crucial clashes against Sunderland and Blackburn.
