The pair clashed in yesterday's Euro2012 qualifier at Wembley and it proved to be more than just an international meeting between two teammates.
Late in the first half, Djourou brought down younger Gunners mate Wilshere in the area only for referee Damir Skomina to point to the spot.
Frank Lampard converted the goal that got the Three Lions back on track for a 20-2 draw after trailing 2-0 earlier and Djourou admits that perhaps his younger club teammate may now have something over him.
"Jack will give me stick because of the penalty, of course," he said.
"I had to make the tackle because I thought I could get the ball, but he played well and he got the penalty.
"Overall, I think Switzerland did well and ultimately we could've won the game.
"But it was just a bit of a pity at the end."
