The Sun says N'Zogbia is fuming over a Twitter hoax which claimed the Wigan Athletic winger was joining Liverpool.
The Wigan winger is a £10million target for Mersey rivals Everton, who will firm up their attempts once they fund a move by selling others.
Sunderland are also keen.
