Wigan Athletic are tracking Japan international defender Marcus Tulio Tanaka. Tulio is ready to make the move to Europe in January and is being linked with Wigan and Feyenoord.
The 28 year-old defender won the Asian Champions League last season with Urawa Red Diamonds and is also a former J-League Player of the Year.
