Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez will decide today whether to offer a contract to Cameroon midfielder Modeste M'Bami.

The ex-Marseille man, 26, has impressed on trial with Wigan since the start of the season.

And Latics boss Martinez planned to make up his mind in last night's reserve game with Blackburn.

He hopes to have the situation finalised by the time Chelsea travel to Lancashire on Saturday.
