Wigan Athletic boss Owen Coyle is monitoring Shane Long's situation at West Bromwich Albion.
The Sunday Express says Coyle is ready to move for Long, if the striker rejects a new contract at West Brom.
Hull City manager Steve Bruce also remains keen after having a deadline day deal blocked by the Baggies.
