Wigan chairman Whelan won't give up on keeping Chelsea, Arsenal target Moses

Wigan Athletic chairman Dave Whelan refuses to give up on Victor Moses.

Whelan has warned Chelsea and Arsenal that he will not budge on his £10million asking price.

Whelan has offered his prized asset a new long-term deal worth £20,000 per week, but Moses has made it clear he does not want to extend his stay at the DW Stadium, says the Daily Mail.

The youngster has set his heart on a move to Stamford Bridge, despite interest from Liverpool and Arsenal.
