Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez wants his players to focus on the task at hand.

With games against Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United in December, Latics have a tough run ahead.

Two key players in Hugo Rodallega and Mohamed Diame are out of contract next summer but, while discussions over new deals are ongoing, the club see the coming matches as more pressing.

Martinez said: "It is so important to get the right result on Saturday and in the next games.

"We are on top of it and will carry on trying to finalise agreements but the important thing now is a result for Wigan Athletic.

"All individual cases are going to be treated further down the line."
