Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez refuses to consider offers for Lee Cattermole.
The Sun says Martinez has told his Wigan predecessor Steve Bruce that England Under-21 ace Cattermole is not for sale.
Sunderland have upped their bid to £6million for the 21-year-old midfielder.
But Latics chief Martinez said: "Lee is not for sale - end of story. He is a fantastic player."
