Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez admits their relegation is a heartbreaker.
Martinez refused to discuss his future after defeat to Arsenal.
He said: "This day is the lowest of the low. I never thought this would happen. It's a tough day for the club. We had an incredible eight years in the Premier League and we need to build for the future.
"Winning the FA Cup gave us hope of winning our final two games, but we have not been good enough defensively throughout the season. This is the complete opposite feeling to Wembley on Saturday."
When asked about whether he will stay, the Spaniard replied: "Everyone is heartbroken, this is not the time to discuss individuals. We will review everything at the end of the season."
