Tottenham midfielder Mousa Dembele is facing foot surgery.
The London Evening Standard says Dembele has an ongoing foot injury that means he finds it difficult to play 90 minutes regularly.
After aggravating the problem in the 1-0 win at Crystal Palace last month, Dembele did not start any of the next three matches.
Now the midfielder, who turns 30 on July 16, is to have medical advice to determine the best way forward.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino confirmed: “After Sunday we will see a specialist.
"He is OK but maybe not in his best condition to play 90 minutes, but he has been available to help the team in the last few weeks.
“I want to say thank you because he has been in a lot of pain but he has tried to help the team reach the FA Cup Final and finish second in the table."
