Olympique Marseille striker Mario Balotelli had plans to wind up PSG players and fans with a Marcus Rashford this weekend.
PSG emerged victorious as goals from Angel Di Maria scored twice in a 3-1 victory, with Marseille having goalkeeper Steve Mandanda sent off.
Balotelli had been in excellent form going into the match, scoring five times in six Ligue 1 matches.
And Canal + journalist Olivier Tallaron reports Balotelli had special plans if he scored as he wore a t-shirt with Rashford's name written on it under his Marseille strip.
The Italian's planned tribute appears to be mocking rivals PSG, who were beaten by Manchester United in the Champions League last week.
