West Ham United striker Frank Nouble says he's ready to lead the line for manager Gianfranco Zola.
Nouble reckons he is ready to deputise for injured forwards Carlton Cole and Zavon Hines.
"I am still young, but with a couple of years playing in the Premier League I can become the player I want to become," Nouble said.
"I feel more like part of the team and the players can trust me a bit more now in training and in games.
"The manager can also trust me a bit more - in games and mentally - and he knows I will work for the team."
