West Ham boss Gianfranco Zola would consider signing Sol Campbell if he needed to add an experienced defender to his squad. Campbell quit Notts County earlier this week meaning the 35-year-old is not allowed to join a new club until January.

"It would depend on whether you needed him, but he's a good player with experience and he's got everything," said Zola.

"If I was in need of an experienced player, I would think of him."
