West Ham United are ready to gamble on QPR midfielder Joey Barton.
The Daily Star Sunday says Hammers boss Sam Allardyce wants QPR bad boy Barton to join him at Upton Park.
The Rangers skipper was banned for 12 games and fined £75,000 following his red-card show at Man City on the final day of the season.
