West Ham will improve when Bournemouth visit - Obiang

West Ham United midfielder Pedro Obiang is confident that the Hammers will put on a much-improved show in their home encounter against Bournemouth next Saturday.

The 23-year-old midfielder made his debut for the club in the 2-1 defeat against Leicester City but is confident the East Londoners can quickly bounce back.

He told West Ham TV: "As they say in football, the beautiful thing is that every week you can improve on what you've done in the last match.

"So we will prepare ourselves keeping in mind the small mistakes that we made during this match. Being at home again will make things a lot easier for us."

The former Spanish U21 international arrived at Upton Park this summer in a four-year deal from Sampdoria.
