West Ham are preparing a summer bid for Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge.
The Daily Star says they are planning to sell Andy Carroll in the summer – and replace him with Liverpool's Sturridge.
Carroll, 28, was a £32million target for three clubs in the Chinese Super League in the last transfer window.
The former Newcastle and Liverpool target man was wanted by Tianjin Quanjian, Hebei China Fortune and Shandong Luneng Taishan.
If the Hammers could sell Carroll to China for that sort of fee they would do the deal.
