West Ham tell Torino to go higher after Vlasic offer

Torino are pushing to sign permanently West Ham United midfielder Nikola Vlasic.

Vlasic spent last season on-loan at Toro from the Hammers and the Granata are keen to sign him permanently.

Toro are offered €9m up front plus €1m in bonuses, reports Nicolo Schira.

But West Ham are demanding Toro go higher to sign Vlasic, though he doesn't have a place in manager David Moyes' plans next season.

Vlasic scored 5 goals and made 8 assists in 37 matches for Torino last season.
