West Ham United are targeting Stuttgart defender Ozan Kabak, according to the Daily Mail.
Tottenham and Bayern Munich are also interested in the 19-year-old.
He just joined Stuttgart from Galatasaray in January in an €11m and made 15 Bundesliga starts, scoring three goals.
Kabak has a £13.3m (€15m) release clause.
