The red card issued to West Ham midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate in Saturday's 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace has been overturned by the FA.
The club's appeal of wrongful dismissal was upheld so Kouyate will not serve a three-match suspension and will be available for Saturday's London derby against Arsenal.
Kouyate was given a straight red card by Mark Clattenburg in the 67th minute of Saturday's game for a sliding challenge on Palace forward Dwight Gayle.
