West Ham United's Carlton Cole is set to undergo a medical with West Bromwich Albion.
talkSPORT has confirmed that the 31-year old striker is in the West Midlands ahead of a possible move to The Hawthorns.
Cole has previous experience in the region after spending time on loan with Wolves and Aston Villa when he was at Chelsea and would be a handy signing by Albion boss Tony Pulis.
