West Ham United striker Carlton Cole is looking forward to what he describes as the 'biggest day of his career'.
The Hammers are through to the Championship play-off final after cruising past Cardiff City with a 5-0 aggregate win in the two-legged semi-final and the 28-year old is now eagerly anticipating the May 19 Wembley final against the winners of Blackpool and Birmingham City tonight (Blackpool take a 1-0 lead into the away leg).
"Woken up with a smile on my face, now it's time to focus on the biggest day of my career to date, the 19th has me thirsty for success," he posted on Twitter.
