West Ham United have expanded a commercial agreement with Scope Markets that sees the Hammers online trading partner replace investment firm Basset & Gold as their sleeve sponsor, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/.
The multi-year deal, which according to SportBusiness is worth between UK£1 million (US$1.24 million) and UK£1.5 million (US$1.86 million) per season, was announced in time for the Premier League club's return to action following the three-month coronavirus-enforced shutdown.
The move also brings an end to West Ham's search for a new sleeve sponsor since Basset & Gold announced at the beginning of April it had entered administration, effectively cutting short the partnership.
