West Ham are ready to trigger the permanent option for goalkeeper Alphonse Areola.

On a season-long loan from PSG, France international Areola can be signed permanently by the Hammers for €13m.

The Telegraph says West Ham are now prepared to activate the option.

West Ham manager David Moyes plans to make Areola his first-choice goalkeeper next season.

Areola, 29, has taken part in 14 matches this season, conceding 11 goals and keeping seven clean sheets as he's acted as cover for veteran Lukasz Fabianski.
