The Daily Mail says Keane could be heading out of Spurs to West Ham. Agents have been sounding out suitors for Keane, who has been sidelined in Harry Redknapp's team.

Keane will make way for Eidur Gudjohnsen, who is set to arrive at Spurs from AS Monaco, despite undergoing a medical at West Ham earlier this week.
