West Ham United may have found an additional source of goals for this season.

The Hammers will be delighted that midfielder Tomas Soucek believes he is back to his goalscoring best.

The central midfielder got his second goal in a week in a 1-0 win over Lincoln in the Carabao Cup.

“I am happy I could get on the scoresheet, and I can again in the future," he said post-game.

“I feel very good. Maybe last season I didn't feel right, didn't feel that motivated, but this season I feel great.

“We have a very strong squad, we're in four competitions and I just hope this season can be even better than last season."
