West Ham United are locked in transfer talks with Olympique Marseille for Mathieu Valbuena.
The Daily Star says West Ham are close to pulling off a major transfer coup with the £8million signing of France's World Cup midfielder Valbuena.
Valbuena is ready to leave OM this summer and is open to moving to the Boleyn Ground.
He said before the World Cup: "It's been eight years, maybe I just need another challenge."
