West Ham coach Peacock takes complete break

After leaving West Ham United last week, Keith Peacock intends to take a complete break from football.

The former Charlton player spent a year at Upton Park and was appointed assistant to Alan Pardew in October before Alan Curbishley took over as manager.

"I feel now is the right time to take a break," said Peacock.

"It will give me more time to spend with the family and grandchildren, which is something I am greatly looking forward to."
