West Ham co-chairman David Sullivan is adamant manager David Moyes has his full support.
Moyes signed a six-month contract in November but Sullivan says he sees him staying for the long-term despite recent reports to the contrary.
"He's very hard working," Sullivan told the club's website.
"I have seen him at ground watching players when he was at Everton, he puts a long shift in at the training ground and I think in life generally if you work harder, you get the results.
"He is a good manager, he will prove it and I hope he stays with us for many years and we win thing and achieve things."
